Buyer Readiness Passport
A buyer's identity and funding evidence, graded A to D, deciding whether they may be put in front of a seller at all.
Grade A is proceedable: identity verified, screened, funds evidenced in full, and a solicitor instructed or a purchase already completed. Grade B is funded subject to something. Neither C nor D reaches a seller.
Grade C is the one that matters. It means we know exactly who somebody is and nothing whatever about their ability to pay, and it is the grade that looks most like readiness while being furthest from it.
Identity evidence lapses after twelve months and proof of funds after three, because a bank statement from last year proves what was true last year.
